Dear sir, yes! you can pay your land tax online using our portal known as BoLTS. However, the service is not extended to four Gyalyong Thromdes. Thank you!

1. I have applied for few correction in my lagthram no 1060 under Shongphu Gewog Trashigang Dzongkha since year 2017 and I am still waiting for my lagthram. Please help me to acquire my lagthram.2. My wife Dechen Wangmo bearing CID no.11513000845, DoB: 1976-01-01 have land at Tsirang under Tsholingkhar Gewog Thram no. 969. She is also waiting for her Lagthram.Please help us
Dear sir, with regard to correction of your Lagthram, we advise you to contact your concern dzongkhag's LRO and in the meantime we will also check in the HQ and will expedite the process. ANd with regard to your wife's Thram in Tsirang, the new laghtram of Tsirang Dzongkhag is yet to be issued. Thank you!

I have recently bought 12 dc rural land. Advance also paid and agreement signed between the seller and buyer. Now I want to process for Thram Transfer. Please advise how to apply online for this transaction. I can't find a register portal on the website.
Dear sir, under the E-Service there is e-Sakor Portal. There you will first have to register and user ID and password will be given through SMS. Once you log in it you will see guide how to operate the system. Thank you

Hello! i wanted to pay land tax online but i am not able to register as i do not have my late fathers CID. Is there any alternative to register to obtain eservices? Also, i would like to find out as to what should i do to cancel the newly issued thram and remeasure my ancestrail land for further distribution. Pl help.With regardsChimmi Dorji
