Dear madam, in order to pay land tax online, you have to get yourself registered first. During the validation process, slightest mistake such as spelling error for your village and gewog will not be accepted. It should be inserted as it is in your census record. Thank you!

So would like to know the status la. I have already submitted the courts verdict and enforcement letter for your reference la. please help me to expidite the registration la. thank u.

dear sir/madamthis is in connection to land transaction no. 23180106 plot no. 164 thram no. 377 and as per verdict 15 decimal was supposed to have transfered on my name from lobzang phuntsho. However there was an error in the total land transferred, so i have edited and resubmitted on29th july 2019. Its not accepted yet so would like to know what i should do further la.Thank u la
