Sir, A women has dry land at Thimphu but she dosent have her census there. Her parents RESETTALMENT is at Tsirang and she has been given her share of land in wet land area. Her census is here at Tsirang and planning to built Temporary house. So is she eligible to build houses at wet land ? Please clarify....
Dear sir, as per the land Act 2007 it is not permissible to construct house (permanent/temporary) on the wet land.

After how many year the land owner can sell the land after resettlement? What are the procedure for land transaction? How many day it will take to make lagtharm after complete document was submitted by dzongkhag to HQ?( no need to do Servey).
Dear Sir, Please refer Section 137 of The Bhutan Land Act 2007 which is in our website. Procedure for land transaction is: register in Rural Land Transaction under eSakor Portal, login, initiate, fill up online forms, upload supporting documents and submit. Anything happening on your transaction will be notified to you through SMS. The number of days depends on the complexity of the work and availability of the officials working on land transaction. Dear Sir/Madam,Some of the Gewogs land tax payment through BOLTS is not activated and advised to contact system administrator. How long it will take to pay online for such other gewogs which are yet to make it pay online.

Sir/ma'am, I have registered here and i got login id and password la, But i should be doing after this la....and even i have applied for land transaction too and i got transition id too la....and when i visit Thromdoe with transition id, they said that they haven't got any online email....what should i do la....Thank u la.
Dear Sir, Your transaction is not yet submitted to Thromde Office. Please fill up all the online LT forms, transaction details from, valuation and conveyance from, upload supporting documents and submit to Thromde for further processing. Thank You.
