Inquiry: Sir/Madam,I have bought 20 decimal wet land at Pasakha, Pling. Since I do not have any dryland registered in my name and I want to convert few decimals for khim-sa. Can I convert into dry land. If yes, what is the permissable decimal.Thank you...

As per the provision of Land Rules and Regulation 2007 of the Kingdom of Bhutan, it is not permissible to convert the purchased wet land into khimsa. Only had it been inherited and only share of land you possess then it can be allowed for conversion. Thank you
