Certified Land Conveyancers (CLC) Profiles

As part of our continuous effort to enhance public land service delivery, the National Land Commission Secretariat (NLCS) has trained more than 200 Certified Land Conveyancers (CLCs) since 2018. Continuing this initiative, the NLCS trained 28 CLCs in 2026, bringing the total number of active CLCs to 51 as of today. The CLCs facilitate and assist citizens in carrying out online land transactions through the eSakor Portal for both urban and rural areas across the country. A service fee may be charged by the CLCs for the assistance provided to clients. You may kindly contact the following CLCs for any support and assistance in executing land transactions..
