 I was unable to register for eSakor to view details of my land holdings. The system says that the CID and DoB provided by me did not match. I tried couple of times but received the same message. I was however, able to send this enquiry using exactly the same information. What must have gone wrong?Secondly, I have already registered for BoLTS; is it okay to register twice i.e. once for BoLTS and again for eSakor? Or will one registration work for both?

 Dear Sir, Please mail your details to support@nlcs.gov.bt to check if you are already registered or check whats is the problem. The registration is one time and you cannot have two accounts for the same details. Thank you.

 Dear Sir/Madam,I have initiated a land transaction online.However, I am not able to complete the 'Add transaction details". The reasons are as follows:- The drop down menu for the 'thram selection details' does not work. - I tried adding in the Thram No, but it does not accept.- Hence, I tried filling in the Thram and plot details in the 'Remarks' box, yet when I submit, I get an error message. I would be grateful for your kind assistance in this regard.Thank you in advance,Sunita

 Dear Madam, Please enter a thram from which you want to transact plot in Step 1. If you have not entered the transferor's thram number in Step 1, you cannot add transaction details in Step 2. Thank you.

 Dear Sir, Once submitted you cannot cancel the transaction forms. How can a system function if you can cancel once the transaction is submitted? If you want to cancel the transaction forms or correct, please contact the respective Dzongkhag and tell them to return to you for correction. Thank you.
