I was unable to register for eSakor to view details of my land holdings. The system says that the CID and DoB provided by me did not match. I tried couple of times but received the same message. I was however, able to send this enquiry using exactly the same information. What must have gone wrong?Secondly, I have already registered for BoLTS; is it okay to register twice i.e. once for BoLTS and again for eSakor? Or will one registration work for both?
Dear Sir, Please mail your details to support@nlcs.gov.bt to check if you are already registered or check whats is the problem. The registration is one time and you cannot have two accounts for the same details. Thank you.

My wife is in possession of Land measuring 1.5 acres under Rubpesa Gewog Wangdue however, it has been reflected as family land despite having done all formalities through Gewog and Dzongkhag Land Registry and whenever she process for loan mortgage, she had fetch NOC from Dagapela as census. How do we process for change of ownership from family to individual. Please provide us correct documents to be submitted, thank you.
Dear Sir, Please apply transaction 'Ownership Type Change' with sub transaction type 'From Family Land to Individual'. You need to get NOC from all the family members in wife's your census who are above 18 years. Thank you.

I had purchased a plot under Darla Gewog, Chukha Dzongkhag in 2006 with my saving and it has been registered as family plot which is wrong as i have purchased with own saving without any assistance from my family members. I want to change to ownership to individual or in my name and what are the easy steep to change. please let me know it
