Dear madam, we have launched a system called BOLTs (Bhutan Online Land Tax System) and you can see that under e-service in our web www.nlcs.gov.bt. However, we have not incorporated tax paying system for urban areas. But for rural land you can use that system and the system will automatically calculate the tax amount payable. Thank you!

Sir/MadamMy land bearing Thram number 526, under Denchukha Gewog, Samtshe is still waiting for the Lag-thram, if your kind office could check the status and let us know for the same and also we have not paid Land tax till date.

I would like to transfer Lagthram from my father (late). The lagthram type is "Family". What are the documents required and procedures. Can't it be done online since it would take time to route through gewog-dzongkhag as we live away from gewog please.
Dear madam, any type of land transaction is now done through online system called eSakor. If you are transfering the land from deceased Thramowner, then you will have to furnish Internal Agreement and if that land is Family Ownership type then NOC from the family members above the age of 18 years.
