Sale purchase transaction I'd 14090013 under sarpang Dzongkhag was approved by Nlcs on june 5.So when will orginal lagthram will be ready and where to collect la.
Dear madam, I would like to request you to check your transaction ID once because the one you gave me does not reflect any transaction in our system. If it had been approved on 5th june then you may collect it from HQ. Or later than a week, it will be send to Dzongkhag. Thank you

Sir/Madam, I have transacted our deal from Gelephu Thromde with support from thromde LRO. My land transaction ID is 21190245. So far I didn't get land details including Lagthram. How can I know land details so that I can collect my lagthram either from Gelephu thromde or Land Commission, Thimphu. Pl highlight on this issue la. Than you! I had applied for rural land transaction on 23 april,2019.however when i checked the status it is updated but no sms till now...moreover how long it will take the certificate to be available to individual so that i can collect from from ur Headquarter la.....
Dear sir, normally it is required to keep 30 days in the Gewog and Dzongkhag from the day of your application is accepted. After completing that period your application will be forwarded to HQ. And it takes less than 10 days to complete the whole process. Thank you.

Dear sir, for your kind information, now the land transaction is applied through online. To process land transaction please use eSakor portal. There is no such form as had been practised initially. For you to change the land ownership from Joint Ownership to Individual ownership you will have to draw an internal agreement between you and co-owner stating that land is now transfering solely in your name. Sir/Madam , I have submitted my original lagtharm to gelephu thromde before few months back due to land polling and they have replace us somewhere and the main thing is that i still didnt get my new orginal lagtharm back till now .
Dear sir, if you did not get your lagthram, then we suggest you to put up an application to Thromde office and follow up with Thromde. Thank you!
