 Hi There,I am not sure if its a grievance of sort, but could you introduce email-alert system so that applicants will be alerted each time there is a progress/notification on the applications? We do have this with someother sites,which is why I thought it would be great to have one here.Only a suggestion.thanks

 Dear Madam, Thank you for the suggestion. If you are applying transaction application you can check the status of your transaction and activites carried out by each officials on the transaction application once you logged into the system. Actually we have made a SMS notification for status change of the transaction application, sending account information and password reset details. As of now we are facing some technical problems but it will be up soon. Thank You

 Sir/Madam,i would like to inform that we have excess land i,e above 25acres land with our family under same household although land are registered in the name of two owners. At present some of our family members got their census transferred after allotment of new gung at the Dzongkhag level, but we couldn't update census record at the Dzongkhag land record since the Dzongkhag told us to that it has to be updated with the national land commission at Thimphu. So in this regard to which division do we need to follow up in order to update our transferred census.

 Dear Sir, You can get the census transferred details from ministry of home and approach our office. You can visit Rural Land Division or Urban Land Division and request them to update the census details. Probably they will send you to ICT section of NLCS to update the records here. If you come directly to ICT we cannot do that without approval from Land Admin. & Management Dept. But once you go to either of the division and they will send with approval for updating.
