Inquiry: Hi There,I am not sure if its a grievance of sort, but could you introduce email-alert system so that applicants will be alerted each time there is a progress/notification on the applications? We do have this with someother sites,which is why I thought it would be great to have one here.Only a suggestion.thanks

Dear Madam, Thank you for the suggestion. If you are applying transaction application you can check the status of your transaction and activites carried out by each officials on the transaction application once you logged into the system. Actually we have made a SMS notification for status change of the transaction application, sending account information and password reset details. As of now we are facing some technical problems but it will be up soon. Thank You
