I had applied for rural land transaction on 09/04/2019. However when I check the status it is still showing as transaction initiated on 09/04/2019. There is no further update after 09/04/2019 nor did I receive any SMS. Kindly update me la.

To help you on it we advise you to provide your transaction ID so that we will contact the concern Dzongkhag's land officials toi expedite the process. I have recently bought 12 dc rural land. Advance also paid and agreement signed between the seller and buyer. Now I want to process for Thram Transfer. Please advise how to apply online for this transaction. I can't find a register portal on the website.
Dear sir, under the E-Service there is e-Sakor Portal. There you will first have to register and user ID and password will be given through SMS. Once you log in it you will see guide how to operate the system. Thank you

Would like to know on the status of the land transaction with number 029190104. It has been more than one month after Dzongkhag has forwarded to the NLC.

I would like to know the status of my rural land transaction with the Transaction ID 029190216.
Dear sir,The current status of your transaction is with the Dzongkhag surveyor and you will be notified through SMS. However, you can also check/track the status of your transaction by logging in to your eSakor Portal account. There is service called 'Track Your Transaction'. Thank you!

Dear sir/madam, I am trying to transfer a plot from my Lt Father's name to my Mother's name. However, the plot is not under his tharm. There is a different tharm for the plot, to be transferred. In such cases how do I apply? Thank you
Dear madam,You can transfer from your late father's name to you mother's name as per the internal agreement executed. However, we suggest you to contact our Customer Service Centre by dialing 1521 during office hours to clarify your doubts clearly. Thank you!
