Inquiry: Can any Bhutanese Citizen as individual process land transaction in e-Sakor? Is it compulsory to initiate land transaction in a group, for example 3 people purchased a land from person A. Is it necessary for all three people to process at same time? Cant we initiate individually? This has let to land transaction pending months and months in Geog.

Dear Sir, Yes an individual can register and apply transaction. Yes you can apply bulk transaction at the same time (one seller, many buyer). You cannot process different (more) transaction from one thram at the same time until the previous once are approved. Thank you.
