Inquiry: Sir/Madam, I had initiated a land transaction in February 2019. However I forgot my password as a result, I wish to cancel the transaction and initiate a new one. Dear Sir/Madam, Please go to the login page, click 'I forgot my password' link near password field, Enter your email and submit. The system will generate the password and sent to your mobile as SMS. Once you login, you can abort the transaction yourself. Thank you
