Inquiry: Sir, A women has dry land at Thimphu but she dosent have her census there. Her parents RESETTALMENT is at Tsirang and she has been given her share of land in wet land area. Her census is here at Tsirang and planning to built Temporary house. So is she eligible to build houses at wet land ? Please clarify....

Dear sir, as per the land Act 2007 it is not permissible to construct house (permanent/temporary) on the wet land.
