Inquiry: Sir,Let's say, I have 5 acres of land under one tharm, and I have availed loan from the bank on 3 acres of land, hence I do not have the original tharm with me. Now, I want to transfer 15 decimal land from the same tharm to another receiver.Thus, what are the complications involved in transferring the thram for this 15 decimal land? if it is allowed what are the procedures?

Dear Sir, You can approach bank and get a clearance letter with original thram to do the transaction. But once the transaction is completed, you have to give the lagthram back to bank. Thank you.
