Inquiry: Sir, I have around 4 acars of land at lhuntse, metsho gewog, which is under my mothers younger sisters therm and before the death of my mother we have equally divided the land among three sisters and made agreement and signed, now i would like to transfer the therm in my name, because iam the only son left in the house hold, though i have one nephew with me.
